After purchasing 3 Airtekk kits, the experience I have dealing with this company is such: Airtekk has always built solid kits that are plug and play 98% of the time. Out of the 2%, there are issues with cars that are custom, and the Airtekk kit fails to plug and play.the beautiful thing about Airtekk and their personnel is that if you experience issues with the kit, customer support is always a phone call away, at least, that is my personal experience. There was never a time when Airtekk left me hanging. For example, when I bagged my Maserati, the rear wheels, aired out would not tuck. I called Airtekk, they requested a couple of pics, In a matter of a week or two, they sent me a shorter strut That is pretty awesome customer service! My Ls460L kit was perfect, and still is. My R34 gtr wagon kit had issues, Airtekk made the time to remedy the issues 100%! Could not ask for a better company to work alongside.
